1. All orders will be delivered in secure packaging to avoid postal damage. Orders larger than 8x12" will be delivered in a secure mailing tube.

3. Postage within Australia is included in the purchase price.
4. Additional costs will apply for postage outside Australia. Price is shown in your shopping cart and will be added to your total.

1. Refunds or credits are not available. Please choose carefully when ordering prints.
2. Images shown on the website are for display purposes only. Any images ordered are printed at the highest quality.
3. Replacement prints will be considered at the discretion of Bob King. Any prints that may be replaced will be only at the same value as the original order.

1. Photos will be printed within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow additional time for larger orders.
   Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
2. Allow 3-5 days for orders shipped in Australia (subject to Australia Post delivery schedules)
3. For International orders, please allow an additional two weeks delivery time.
4. Orders received on Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day

Photographic Paper

All black & white photos will be printed by hand on ILFORD RC paper.
All colour prints will be printed on either KODAK of FUJI RC paper.
Both black and white & colour prints will be printed on lustre surface only.

No photos will be printed on ink jet material.
